We would like to inform you of changes to the terms and conditions of the Single Agreement for Bank Services.

Starting from January 20, 2012, Sberbank of Russia will introduce new terms and conditions for Remote Services Based on Client-Sberbank.

• Application for an agreement for services provided through Client-Sberbank (from 01.20.2012) (available only in Russian)

Under the General Bank Service Agreement clients receive the following services:

• Setting up and maintenance of accounts in Russian RUB and foreign currency
• Setting up and maintenance of deposits
• Raising funds in the form of a minimum account balance
• Remote maintenance using the Sberbank Business Online system*
• Remote maintenance using the Client-Sberbank system*
• Conversion transactions (from December 1, 2011)
• Immediate payments within the Bank's system* (from December 1, 2011)
• Cash collection service, cash acceptance and crediting to a current account* (from December 1, 2011)
• Cash acceptance through an automated safe* (from December 1, 2011).

In order to conclude a General Agreement on the proposed terms, you need to provide the bank with a statement of accession to the rules of banking, as well as a declaration of accession for each service chosen — on paper or in digital form. The opening of an account is a mandatory condition. If you have a current account in the branch of the bank where the application is submitted, an additional account is not required.
