General Bank Services Agreement

Sberbank of Russia invites you to conclude a General Bank Service Agreement (GBSA). This is a new model of relations between the customer and the bank that offers a full range of standard banking services in a single package and access to the services using advanced technology.

The General Bank Service Agreement (GBSA) establishes general rules and conditions for retail banking services provided by Sberbank of Russia.The main purpose of the Agreement is to improve customer service quality and ensure more convenient and comfortable cooperation with Sberbank of Russia. 

The Agreement governs the following services:

  • Issue and servicing of international bank card accounts
  • Opening and servicing of deposits
  • Opening and keeping of depersonalized metal accounts
  • Safe deposit box rental
  • Transactions on the customer's card accounts and deposits using remote service facilities such as self-service terminals, Sberbank Online, Mobile Bank, and the bank’s Contact Center
  • Custody and brokerage services

To conclude the General Agreement, please apply to the bank with your ID.

The Agreement may be concluded only by customers holding a major international debit card issued by Sberbank to a RUB account. If you do not have a major international card when you apply for GBSA, it will be opened automatically: you will be issued a Sberbank Maestro Momentum card without any service fee. You can then exchange it for another international bank card.

You can use the card to conduct all necessary transactions on your accounts and deposits through remote service facilities such as self-service devices (ATM's and terminals), Sberbank Online, Mobile Bank, and the bank’s Contact Center.
